Alanya İncekum Beach
It located about 20.km west of Alanya and is a beach with sand remarkable finesse. It is an ideal place to tent camping. Hotels in the area are often full. Beach can be very crowded on the season. The beach is suitable for swimming. It is approximately 1 km long and famous for its fine sandy shore. The sea gradually deepens after 5 m from the shore. It is a sandy beach. The fine sand is golden color and do not stick onto body. The sea is not deep therefore is ideal for children learning to swim.
The beach runs along a small bay; the sandbank starts where the pine trees end. A fee is charged to enter the camp area and the beach.
Alanya Cleopatra Beach
It is situated on the coast in front of Damlataş Inn on the West side of the historical peninsula. It has a Blue Flag. The sea and the beach is sandy. The small bay of this beach extending to the peninsula and made of stones is called Cleopatra. According to legend, the Egyptian Queen Cleopatra called in Alanya during a trip along the Mediterranean and swam in this bay.
You can rent sunbeds and umbrela and you also can find Wi-Fi on the beach. Cleopatra beach has a great atmosphere and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a great place for for family's and couples for relaxing, strolling or sunbathing.
The sandy Lara Beach lies roughly 12 km to the east. Lara beach has a blue flag. You can easily reach Lara Beach from the center of Antalya by bus. The buses run all the way along the Lara beach. The sand is soft and the atmosphere is nice, and the water is warm in this beach. It gradually gets deep. There are plenty of sports activities all along the beach.
